There are several ways to troubleshoot air and material leaks. If the overflow port is normally only leaking air, but material is also leaking, and there shouldn't be any leakage near the sealing plate, and dust is clearly visible overflowing, then:

1. Disassemble the hydrocyclone and check if it's clogged. Clogging can prevent material from flowing down the material chamber quickly, causing it to leak from the sealing plate and overflow port.

Disassembling the hydrocyclone is relatively simple, so rule this out first. If the hydrocyclone can be clogged and material is discharged normally, then the problem isn't with the hydrocyclone.

2. Tighten the clamping mechanism. First, the rotor body needs to be disassembled (video attached). After disassembly, the rubber plate and steel liner must be thoroughly cleaned, ensuring no material residue remains and a proper fit. Then reassemble, adjust the clamping mechanism, and tighten it to seal. Turn on the machine to see if leakage persists.

3. Consider whether the conveying pipe is too long. Insufficient air pressure and volume can prevent material from flowing smoothly out of the spray pipe, causing material to accumulate in the rotor body and leak.

After ruling out these issues, during disassembly, it's necessary to inspect the wear and tear of sealing components such as the rubber sheet, steel lining, and material cavity, and replace parts if necessary. After a certain amount of work, vulnerable parts, especially seals, will need to be replaced.
