Working Principle:

The screw conveyor works by transmitting power from the feeding system to the screw shaft via a reducer and gear transmission system. Cement and aggregate are fed and batched into the cement hopper and aggregate hopper respectively. The rotating screw blades at a certain angle then feed the materials, completing one mixing and conveying cycle. When the material is lifted to the top of the U-shaped trough, the mixed aggregate is discharged into the corresponding hopper through the discharge port below. The concrete batching ratio is achieved through segmented feeding using the cement hopper and aggregate hopper above the U-shaped trough, with the batching determined by the screw shaft speed and the screw blade pitch.

The screw of the feeding system uses externally suspended bearing housings, meaning all bearing housings are located outside the screw trough. A sealing support is installed between the outside of the trough and the bearing housings to effectively isolate concrete and other debris from the bearings, thus preventing concrete seepage into the bearing housings and affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Meanwhile, a transition section is arranged between the synchronous gear transmission system and the feeding U-shaped trough, and a sealing device is provided outside the cylinder body, which can effectively prevent concrete seepage liquid from entering the tail bearing.
