C. Rotor assembly

Four-spot fastening device: The long cylindrical rubber gasket is used as the elastic fastening device. The four long bolts are allocated unevenly to ensure the reasonable pressure distribution on rubber sealing plates. Even when the sealing plate is worn, the elastic force of the cylinder-shaped rubber gasket can keep a sound fastening on the steel liner plate, which can improve the sealing performance, reduce dust and prevent over-worn of the rubber plate caused by over-fastening. The advantage of this device is that the fastening points are located on the maximal pressure zone with symmetric distribution and excellent sealability. The hopper base and the limit base are jointed with hinge, which is convenient to replace consumable parts.
