The altitude of the working environment of the pump does not exceed 1000m, and it should be treated as a special case if it exceeds 1000m.

When the pump is working, the whole machine should be placed on a level and solid ground.

The diesel engine drives the reducer, the coupling, and the conveying screw to rotate, and the material is delivered from the pump body to the pressurization chamber composed of the pressurization screw and the pressurization stator, and the pressure is increased step by step, so as to complete the delivery and filling of the material.

This technology adopts the screw pressurization method to obtain continuous non-pulse material flow and make the grouting pressure meet the design requirements; at the same time, it ensures the delivery and injection of the grout to achieve the best grouting effect.
