The PZ series concrete spraying machine uses compressed air to continuously transport concrete along the pipeline and spray it onto the construction surface. It is divided into two categories: dry spraying machine and wet spraying machine. The former uses pneumatic conveying of dry mixed materials, which are mixed with pressurized water at the nozzle and then sprayed out; the latter uses pneumatic or concrete pumps to transport concrete mixtures through nozzles and spray them out. It is widely used in lining construction of underground projects, shafts, tunnels, culverts, etc.
Working principle of PZ series concrete spraying machine
The structure and working principle of PZ series concrete spraying machine: the mixed material is fed into the spraying machine hopper through the vibrating screen from the mixer discharge port (or manual mixing and feeding), and injected into the straight-through material cavity of the rotor by the material distributor, and then swirls to the discharge port with the rotation rain. Here, compressed air is introduced from the air chamber to blow the material into the discharge elbow, and another wind pressure is introduced by the cyclone, which blows and accelerates the material in a multi-head wind spiral state, and makes it rotate and float, enter the feed pipe, and then add a small amount of water (damp spraying) or liquid accelerator (wet spraying) to the nozzle and spray it out.
PZ series concrete spraying machine is mainly composed of drive device, rotor assembly, air path system, spraying system, electrical control box and other parts.
