The PS2I-D rotor-type concrete spraying machine features advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. It is a miniature spraying machine specifically designed for refractory materials and new thin-film spraying materials. It is widely applicable to concrete spraying operations in tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground engineering, and coal mine roadways.
The mixed material is fed into the spraying machine hopper from the batching mixer discharge port (or manually mixed and fed), and then injected into the T-shaped inner cavity of the rotor. It swirls with the rotor to the discharge port, where compressed air is introduced from the air chamber, blowing the material into the discharge elbow, dispersing and accelerating it, causing it to float and enter the conveying pipe. A small amount of supplementary water is added at the nozzle before spraying it out.
