Structure: The automatic loading shotcrete trolley for mining primarily consists of:
1. a large hopper;
2. a buffer hopper;
3. a vibrating motor;
4. a hydraulic system;
5. crawler tracks;
6. a dust collector;
7. an electrical control system;
8. a shotcrete hose;
9. a frame;
10. an outrigger cylinder;
11. a main shotcrete unit;
12. a control valve block;
13. a conveyor belt;
14. a toolbox/seat; and
15. an accelerator dosing device.
Principle: The automatic loading shotcrete trolley for mining primarily lifts material from the large hopper. The material flows from the discharge port into the buffer hopper using gravity and self-flow. The conveyor belt evenly conveys the material from the buffer hopper to the shotcrete mixing tank. Simultaneously, the accelerator dosing device evenly adds the accelerator to the material on the conveyor belt. The agitator in the mixing tank mixes the material, and the mixture is then transported to the shotcrete machine for spraying.
