Micro pneumatic spraying machine 

The thin spraying machine is suitable for narrow tunnels in coal mines, places where equipment and materials cannot reach; new thin spraying technology in drying channels in cement plants, steel mills and other plants; the thin spraying material has good film-forming properties after curing, and has advantages such as large tensile strength and good elastic deformation characteristics; effectively reduce the number of equipment movements, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve work efficiency; reduce dust concentration in the workplace and protect the physical and mental health of workers. The requirements of "reducing staff, safety, high production and increasing efficiency" in mines have been implemented.

Performance characteristics
1. The T-type feeding structure is adopted to increase the blanking amount and reduce the friction area; at the same output, the speed can be reduced and the power can be reduced.
2. Sealing material is added between the steel liner and the rotor body. During work, the good sealing between the two reduces dust spillage and protects the on-site working environment.
3. The clamping mechanism adopts three-point direct clamping, eliminating the flip seat and limit seat; cleaning the equipment and replacing accessories are convenient and quick, reducing the labor intensity of maintenance work;
4. The whole machine structure is more compact, which is convenient for transfer operations.
