Maintenance method of wearing parts of dry shotcrete machine:
1. Before each shotcrete operation, check the compression force applied to the rubber sheet. If the pressing force is too small, the pressure air will overflow from the joint surface. The fine particles carried by it enter the sealing surface and aggravate the wear of the rubber plate and the steel lining plate. If the pressing force is too large, it will increase the wear of the rubber plate and increase the power consumption of the motor.
2. After each shift is completed, when cleaning the shotcrete machine, especially the surface of the rubber sheet and the steel lining board should be cleaned. And check the wear of rubber plate and steel lining plate:
(1) The degree of wear of the rubber plate is measured by whether an effective seal can be achieved. If the gas high and low pressure range cannot be isolated and the sealing surface has deep grooves, the rubber plate must be replaced.
(2) There should be no deep scratches on the surface of the steel lining plate. Scratches deeper than 1mm need to be re-sharpened. The edge of the steel liner feed hole must maintain sharp edges. If the edge is beveled, fine particles will penetrate into the joint surface of the rubber plate and the steel lining plate during operation, resulting in increased wear and tear of the rubber plate, thereby shortening its service life.
