The pressing force exerted by the rotor clamping system on the sealing plate is unevenly distributed on the whole plate surface. And it is the largest between the discharge port and the residual air port. And the maximum pressure point constantly drifts back and forth with the rotation of the rotor. This pressure difference can be solved by the pressing system, so that the air leakage on the joint surface is extremely slight when the machine is running.
The correct pressing of the machine in use has an important impact on the wear cost. If the compression is improper, the high-pressure gas will escape from the joint surface between the two plates, and carry out fine particles, which will produce dust near the machine. The explosive action of this fine sand will erode the sealing plate, making it invalid in a short time.
The sealing plate is not allowed to have out of limit stress due to excessive clamping, otherwise it will be excessively worn due to friction heating. The heat resistance limit of the sealing plate is 110 ℃, which generally does not exceed 80 ℃ in use.
Each shift shall clean the sealing plate and check the wear situation. If the rubber plate has been worn to the following extent: the steel is flush with the rubber surface or there is air leakage at the feed hopper, the sealing plate must be replaced. At this time, the rotary lining plate will directly contact the steel of sealing plate, so that the sealing plate can not be fully pre-tightened to obtain effective sealing, thus losing its air tightness.
