The high-speed slurry mixer is a specialized slurry-making machine developed for low-water-binder ratio grouting materials. It is primarily used in construction projects in industries such as hydropower, railways, highways, construction, and mining. It quickly mixes grouting material or grouting agent, cement, and water to create a slurry. Compared to conventional blade mixers, it offers high slurry production efficiency, ease of operation, uniform slurry, and short-distance conveying capabilities.


Operating Principle
An electric motor drives a high-speed turbine pump, which draws slurry from the bottom in a vortex-like pattern and ejects it from the top of the drum. This generates a high-speed liquid flow and creates a strong vortex within the drum, thoroughly and evenly mixing the dry powder and water, thereby producing a low-water-binder ratio slurry.


Instructions
1. Check that the impeller is rotating correctly and that the discharge pipe is leak-proof.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water, turn on the equipment, and clean and moisten the slurry drum and pipes. After cleaning, drain the water from the slurry machine.
3. Add at least 80 kg of water, turn on the slurry machine, and evenly add the powders in the prescribed order, controlling the addition time to 5-6 minutes. After all the powders have been added, continue stirring for 3-5 minutes.
4. Transfer the prepared slurry into the slurry storage tank, maintaining dynamic slurry storage.
5. Connect the slurry press pipes to the slurry storage tank, or directly transfer the slurry from the slurry machine to the slurry press hopper, and begin slurrying.
6. After slurrying is completed, immediately clean the equipment and pipes, turn on the slurry machine, and allow any remaining cement slurry in the slurry machine and pipes to circulate and drain.
