High-Pressure Jet Grouting Piles
High-pressure jet grouting piles also use cement grout. They utilize high pressure to inject cement grout into the soil layer through rotating nozzles, mixing it with the soil to form a cement-soil composite. These composite piles overlap to form a row of piles used for soil retention and water control.
Advantages: The construction equipment is compact, small in size, highly mobile, and occupies little space. The vibration and noise of the construction equipment are minimal, minimizing the impact on surrounding buildings and noise pollution.
Disadvantages: A large amount of mud is discharged during construction, which can easily cause pollution. This method is unsuitable for strata with high groundwater flow rates, karst areas without filling material, permafrost, and soils that severely corrode cement, as the injected grout cannot solidify around the injection pipe.
Applicability: Suitable for projects with limited construction space.
