Ground grouting reinforcement is a method of strengthening the foundation by injecting grout into grouting holes to fill voids and cracks, thereby improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
Basic Principle: A curable grout is injected into cracks or pores in the rock and soil foundation to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil.
The grout uses chemical reaction products to fill soil pores or cement soil particles, achieving the purposes of seepage prevention, leakage plugging, reinforcement, and correction of deviation.
Applicable Scenarios: Improving the bearing capacity of the foundation and reducing uneven settlement.
Suitable for treating unsaturated soils such as loess or soil layers with good permeability; low-permeability saturated cohesive soils can be treated in conjunction with electro-osmosis.
Not suitable for pressure grouting methods in collapsible soil layers.
Inspection Requirements: Standard penetration test, light static cone penetration test, or surface wave test can be used for testing 28 days after reinforcement. Areas that fail to meet the requirements need to be grouted again.
