Environmental protection requirements for the construction of concrete wet spray robot
The dust produced by shotcrete will seriously deteriorate the construction environment, reduce work efficiency and damage the health of construction workers. During construction, it should be controlled from three aspects: the source of dust generation; the treatment of generated dust; and the protection of human body.
1. Dust generation source: For the dust generation source, the sprayed concrete construction adopts the wet spraying process to keep the jetting machine well sealed, prevent air leakage, and control the working wind pressure.
2. Generated dust: For the treatment of generated dust, mainly rely on strengthening ventilation to reduce the dust concentration. After the excavation length is greater than 2km, an extraction fan is added 30m away from the working surface to strengthen the ventilation and dust removal; the working area The dust concentration is not more than 2mg/m3, and the dust concentration should be measured according to the specification requirements during construction.
3. Human body protection: Shotcrete operators use personal dust-proof appliances, dust-proof glasses, dust-proof masks, protective nets, gloves, raincoats, boots, etc. to strengthen the protection of the human body. Strictly implement the health examination system for construction personnel, strictly implement the three-stage health examination before construction and after construction, and implement dynamic health monitoring throughout the construction process.
