This is a self-falling, double-cone, reverse-discharge mining mixer suitable for mixing both shaped and semi-hard concrete. The mixing drum rotates clockwise for mixing and counterclockwise for discharging, making it ideal for mixing concrete underground in coal mines. When mixing in a stationary mode, a pit can be dug to level the hopper opening with the ground, facilitating feeding and significantly reducing labor intensity. This machine offers high production efficiency, excellent mixing quality, and a lightweight design.
The feeding mechanism consists of a hopper, a ladder, an extension track, and a landing track . The lifting and tilting of the hopper is driven by the output of the gear reducer through the feeding clutch at the shaft end and the wire rope drum. The clutch is controlled by a manual operating lever. Facing the clutch, pushing the handle forward engages the inner clutch, raising the hopper. The upper limit position of the hopper is automatically disengaged by the limit device, stopping the hopper. Pulling the handle backward releases the outer clutch, lowering the hopper.
