The double-liquid pump is mainly composed of an electric motor, gear pump, hydraulic transmission system, pump head and cylinder part, heat dissipation and lubrication system, electrical safety system, frame, and etc.


The working principle is that the motor drives the gear pump to produce pressure oil, which is pumped into the relief valve through the oil pipe (4) (the pressure of the relief valve is adjusted to 6MPa, which has been set at the factory), and the stable pressure oil output by the relief valve passes through the oil pipe (3) enter the P hole of the reversing valve, and connect to the hydraulic cylinder through the oil pipe (2) from the A and B holes respectively. When the cylinder push rod moves to the left reach the limited stroke, the impact plate will collision the positioning block. At this time, the positioning block will drive the operation handle of the reversing valve to change the transmission direction of the two holes of the hydraulic cylinder A and B. The piston is reciprocated to control the opening and closing of the steel ball in the pump head to suction and discharge slurry. The air cooler reduces the temperature of the oil and then flows into the oil tank through the oil return pipe. The circuit breaker provides power protection for the whole machine.
