KBS-15D hydraulic wet shotcrete pump consists of the following eight parts: working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism, switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism, mixing mechanism, frame and walking mechanism, lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and conveying pipeline.

6. Control system

(7). Left and right cylinder knobs: rotate to the left, the left cylinder moves, and stops after letting go; Rotate to the right, the right cylinder moves, and stops after letting go; When the oil pump stops, rotate left and right to release the accumulator pressure.

(8). Positive pump and reverse pump button: when the oil pump is running, only one working mode can be selected. And this button is invalid when the oil pump stops.

(9). The use of the wire control handle (see Figure 8): first press the power on button, then press the oil pump button to start the oil pump, pause for 5 seconds, press the positive pump to start working, press the positive pump again to stop the positive pump. The remaining buttons are the same as the positive pump buttons. After the work is completed, press the power off button, the oil pump stops. At this time, inching the left and right cylinders on the manual electric control box panel for several times to relieve the pressure of the accumulator.
