KBS-15D Hydraulic Wet Shotcrete Pump Structure:

KBS-15D hydraulic wet shotcrete pump consists of the following eight parts: working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism, switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism, mixing mechanism, frame and walking mechanism, lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and conveying pipeline.

6. Control system

(1). Close the battery gate, close all the 3P60A circuit breakers, 2P1A, 1P1A, and 1P6A in the electric control box, reset the power indication button (red) on the panel of the electric control box. Light on indicates that the power supply has been connected, and light off indicates that the power supply is disconnected.

(2). Press the ignition button and then engine starts, indicating that the oil pump starts successfully.

(3). After the oil pump is started, press the positive pump button then indicator light is long on, and the positive pump works; Press the button again then the light goes off to indicate that the positive pump stops.
