5. Hydraulic system

(1) The hydraulic system drives the plunge pump and gear pump by the engine, which the gear pump realizes 1 action, that is, drives the mixing oil motor to achieve positive and reverse mixing of materials; and which the plunger pump realizes 2 actions, that is, driving the push mechanism (i.e. the main cylinder) to achieve alternating movement and the distribution valve (S pendulum pipe) to achieve reciprocating swing.

(2) Pressure setting parameters of the hydraulic system: the setting pressure of the main cylinder and the switching cylinder is 15MPa, and the setting pressure of the mixing hydraulic motor is 9MPa. (Note: The pressure of each system has been adjusted at the factory, do not adjust it arbitrarily.) ）

(3) Always observe the level gauge on the oil tank, and the oil level should not be lower than the top of the level gauge to prevent the oil pump from emptying and damaging the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil must use 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
