B. Maintenance of working cylinder

Remove the 3 M8 bolts on the coupling connecting the piston rod of the main cylinder and the push piston rod, and pull the push piston out of the concrete cylinder; Remove the M16 bolt that holds the polyurethane piston with hexagon socket wrench, replace the new piston, and then tighten the M16 bolt after sequential installation.

When installing the piston of the concrete cylinder, the piston head should be coated with butter first, hold the piston rod in your hand aiming at the concrete cylinder, rotate the left and right cylinder inching buttons (if it is left cylinder, then rotate to the left; if the right cylinder, rotate to the right), and slowly push the piston rod of the main cylinder forward until the piston head of the concrete cylinder enters the cylinder (provided that the coupling can be installed); Then tighten 3 M8 bolts.

After the replacement is completed, start the positive pump to work.
