B. Maintenance of working cylinder

The working cylinder material is 45# steel and quenched and tempered, the inner surface is chrome-plated, and it has high wear resistance and anti-extrusion function. The key to affecting the service life of the concrete cylinder is the push piston head, so it is required to frequently check whether it is damaged (it can be observed in the water tank). Once it is observed that the water in the tank becomes turbid and with sand, the work should immediately stop and replace the piston head, otherwise it will seriously damage the concrete cylinder.

a. Replacement of push piston and inspection of concrete cylinder

Remove the water tank cover, open the bottom valve of the tank, and drain the water inside the tank.

Rotate the left and right cylinder inching buttons (if it is left cylinder, then rotate to the left; if the right cylinder, rotate to the right) so that the cylinder piston that needs to be replaced retracts into the tank.
