KBS-15D Hydraulic Wet Shotcrete Pump Maintenance

1. Routine maintenance

A. Lubrication

There are 13 lubrication points in this machine, and 5 of them need to be manually filled with lubricating oil. Grease is required once per work shift (8 hours) with a grease gun.

B. Fasteners

Check regularly whether the fastener bolts in the following parts are fasten.

a. Main cylinder bracket bolt.

b. Connection bolts of the main system valve plate and oil tank.

c. Connection bolts of the main oil cylinder and the water tank.

d. The connecting nut between the working cylinder and the hopper and the water tank tie rod.

e. Connection bolts of engine and frame.

f. Swing compression nut positioning screw.

g. Connection bolts of the hopper and the frame.
