Switching cylinder does not reverse
Cause Analysis:
1. The reversing pressure is low
2. The accumulator is not pressurized
3. The swing area of the S pipe is blocked
4. Abnormal leakage of oil circuit
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check whether the switching pressure gauge reaches the set value (11-12Mpa)
2. Replenish accumulator nitrogen
3. Clean the blocked area in the hopper
4. Check whether the oil temperature is too high and whether the oil pipe connection is leaking
