1. Bin cleaning machine
Composition: The mine bin cleaning machine consists of aggregating system, pumping system, walking system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.
Performance description: The aggregating system breaks up the coal sludge in the water bin and concentrates it in the hopper; the pumping system transports the concentrated coal sludge over long distances and is controlled separately; the walking system is controlled by a hydraulic system, which is convenient for walking in the water to complete the cleaning of the entire water bin; the multi-way valve in the hydraulic system can control the aggregate, the lifting of the aggregate hopper and the walking of the whole machine respectively; the control system controls the start and stop of the whole machine, and is equipped with a gas detection and alarm device;
2. Coarse mixer
Composition: The coarse mixer consists of a vibrating screen solid-liquid separator and a mixing box.
Performance description: The coal sludge sent by the warehouse cleaning machine is first screened by a vibrating screen solid-liquid separator to filter out large particles (the size of the screen hole depends on the actual situation), and the coal sludge under the screen falls into the mixing box below for temporary mixing to prevent it from settling and prepare for subsequent dehydration work;
3. Pressure pump
Composition: The pressure pump consists of a pump body and a matching motor;
Performance description: The coal sludge in the mixing box is input into the filter press for dehydration, and sufficient pressure is provided at the same time to make the dehydration effect of the filter press better.
4. Multifunctional filter press
Composition: The multifunctional filter press consists of three parts: the frame part, the dehydration part and the hydraulic part.
Performance description: The filter press has a separate hydraulic system. When working, the oil cylinder pushes the filter plate to tighten the filter plate, and the material enters the filter chamber of each filter plate through the feed port on the filter plate for dehydration; when stopped, the oil cylinder is released, and the plate puller controlled by the hydraulic system will automatically pull open each filter plate to unload the filter cake.
