This automatic feeding equipment consists of a conveyor belt, a tilting hopper, a traveling mechanism, a drive system, a transmission system, and a frame.

When the tilting hopper is horizontal, it allows vehicles to pass and unload. The hopper tilts, pushing the concrete material onto the conveyor belt, which then transfers the material from the hopper to the shotcrete machine.


I. Large Capacity, Compact Size.

The tilting hopper design greatly expands the equipment's application scenarios.

When the hopper is extended, vehicles can freely drive in for easy unloading, and the hopper can achieve large-capacity material storage.

When the hopper is retracted, its width can be effectively reduced to within 1 meter. This facilitates passing and parking in aisles. The equipment can also be used in aisles with limited space.

II. Reduced Manpower, Increased Efficiency.

The automatic conveyor belt feeding replaces the manual feeding process, greatly reducing reliance on manual labor and achieving the dual effects of reducing manpower and labor intensity.

The conveyor belt can feed continuously, avoiding the reduced feeding efficiency caused by physical exhaustion during manual feeding; at the same time, the hydraulic drive allows for adjustment of the feeding capacity according to actual needs.

III. Safe and Reliable.

When the hopper is extended, it adopts a double-support structure design with a truss structure as the main component and vertical supports as supplementary components, ensuring the stability of the unloading vehicle when getting on and off the conveyor belt.

IV. Reduced Dust Intensity During Operation

The material conveying is continuous, low-speed, and stable, without pulses, thus avoiding dust generation; at the same time, when the hopper is closed, it can form a closed cavity structure, effectively preventing dust from overflowing.
