A. Maintenance of cutting rings and spectacle plates

Cutting rings and spectacle plates are the main wear parts in the hopper. Whether the hydraulic wet shotcrete pump can complete smoothly the concrete delivery is closely related to the sealing gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring. The tension nut at the back end of the swing shaft of the S pipe should be tightened regularly, and it should be replaced in time if the wear is serious.

a. Replacement of cutting ring: first turn off the motor and release the pressure in the accumulator; Remove the four M16 fixing bolts and pull the S pendulum tube outward until the cutting ring and spectacle plate are disengaged; Check whether the rubber spring and cutting ring to automatically compensate the gap between them are seriously worn, and replace in time if the wear is serious; When replacing, install the rubber spring and cutting ring in order, hold the S pendulum tube and push it inward until the cutting ring fits closely with the spectacle plate, and finally tighten fixing bolts, and tighten the nut at the rear end of the pendulum shaft.
