C. Hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil is directly related to the operation and service life of various valves and executing system. According to the national standard, hydraulic oil used in hydraulic wet shotcrete machine, no brand, should be high anti-wear hydraulic oil 46# or 68#. Normal hydraulic oil should be transparent dark yellow, no foaming and turbidity phenomenon. Under normal use conditions, The oil change interval does not exceed half a year or 300 hours’ effective working time of the hydraulic wet shotcrete pump.

The oil change should be carried out as follows:

a. Check the original hydraulic oil of the system to see the degree of pollution deterioration and then drain it out;

b. If the original hydraulic oil is very dirty, the system should be cleaned with kerosene after draining, and then cleaned with working oil or low-viscosity naphthenyl, and the oil tank should not be wiped with cotton yarn or cotton cloth. Blow the tank clean with compressed air and stick the remaining dirt off with cement or dough.
