Application:

KGJ-250/300 mixer is mainly used to prepare cement slurry media. Together with the grouting pump, it is used for pressure grouting in tunnel excavation and maintenance, mine engineering, construction of dams, foundation treatment of large bridges and high-rise buildings, and various underground projects.

Compared with the general blade mixer, it has the characteristics of high pulping efficiency, simple operation, uniform slurry, and short-distance conveying function.

The motor drives the high-speed turbo pump, and the slurry is sucked in a vortex from the bottom and sprayed from the upper end of the barrel to generate a high-speed liquid flow, and form a strong vortex in the barrel, so that the dry powder and water are fully stirred evenly, so as to achieve the preparation of a low-water-binder ratio slurry.

Working principle:

When working, cement and water are added to the mixing barrel in proportion. The materials in the mixing barrel flow and mix evenly under the action of the mixing pump.
The prepared slurry flows into the storage barrel through the valve.
The storage barrel is equipped with stirring paddles to avoid slurry precipitation.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment; L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
