Application:
1. The grout pump can be used to grout cement paste,mortar and other liquid(partical size ≤3mm) . Medium temperature is between 5-8℃. The water cement ratio of solid- liquid mixture should be 0.75 or higher. The maximum output pressure should be 4Mpa, and work flow 3.6 m³/h.
2. The grout pump is widely used pressure grout in tunnels, coal mine, bridges and dams, building foundation, and other underground projects.

The double-fluid grouting process is a development and a new breakthrough on the basis of grouting reinforcement of soft soil foundation. This process overcomes the soil disturbance and softening effect caused by the grouting reinforcement process. It has achieved good results in controlling the settlement caused by underground construction and excavation under overloaded ground, and can greatly shorten the soil settlement stabilization time.
 
Working principle:
Double-liquid grouting mainly has the characteristics of overcoming the disturbance and softening effect caused by grouting reinforcement, shortening the consolidation settlement, and controlling the settlement. Therefore, when the two-liquid grouting is filled into the voids in the soil, especially the gap caused by construction machinery, as the grout has the characteristics of rapid setting and initial setting in an instant, it can play a role of strengthening and reinforcement.
At the same time, the loss of grout is small and the effective filling amount is increased during the grouting process, which can supplement the problems caused by many reasons of soil loss. Limit the displacement of the foundation activity, and reduce the ground settlement before it affects the building structure. At the same time, when the gap in the filled soil reaches a certain degree of saturation, the double-liquid pump will gradually spread under the pressure to continuously fill the gap, which can squeeze the surrounding soil and split the weak parts of the soil to form a cross-network solidification body, enhance the compactness and compressive modulus of soil, expand the stress field, improve the bearing capacity, and thus greatly reduce the final settlement.
